The electron-ionization source has photoelectrons that are generated from an atmospheric-stable layer by an ultra-violet source (4) and are actuated with a distance of acceleration in the dimension of the average free path length of the gas. The layer emitting for the photoeletrons is made of cerium hexaboride, lanthanum hexaboride, strontium titanate, silicon dioxide, barium titanate, zinc oxide, tungsten trioxide, tin oxide or mixture of yttrium, samarium and thorium. The layer made from cobalt silicide or nickel silicide is inserted under the borides.
|
