CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sesame oil and perilla oil with the reduced content of benzopyrene comprises the following steps: soaking sesame seeds and perilla seeds in water for 30 minutes-1 hour(CY100); rubbing the sesame seeds and perilla seeds for peeling using the water and the friction(CY200); roasting the sesame seeds and perilla seeds at 90-100 deg C, and discharging air from the roasted seeds by force for removing the moisture and the skin(CY300); roasting the sesame seeds and perilla seeds without the skin at 100-180 deg C, and discharging air from the roasted seeds by force for removing dust and smoke(CY400); cooling the peeled sesame seeds and perilla seeds(CY500); and extracting oil from the cooled sesame seeds and perilla seeds(CY600).
