PURPOSE: A recommended energy station information providing method considering power distribution and a device thereof are provided to smoothly perform power distribution by regional groups by guiding an electric car with a battery to a recommended energy station. CONSTITUTION: A communication processor(16) receives a request for energy station location information from an electric car. The communication processor transmits the recommended energy station location information to the electric car. A power demand predicting module(13) computes predicted power demand by regional groups based on the request for energy station location information. A recommended energy station determining module determines recommended energy stations for each electric car. A data manager stores information about power rates, location information of each electric car receiving the request, and information about the energy station.
