PURPOSE: A smart distribution network optimizing system is provided to supply an optimal service for distribution network structure, the number and capacity of distribution centers, a transportation network, and routers, thereby minimizing carbon emission and distribution costs. CONSTITUTION: A distribution integration DB(database)(20) processes and analyzes information collected according to a general distribution information network and distribution condition investigation. The distribution integration DB generally builds and manages data about distribution. A route optimizing module(10) processes the generation of the trade through transportation/delivery order generation processing and geocoding. The route optimizing module optimizes shipping plans by considering carbon emission.
