<p>The arrangement has a pneumatic conveying system (2) including a conveying unit and transporting tobacco products or tobacco intermediate products provided as cigarette portions. Processing air of the conveying system is conveyed to an exhaust air central system (7), and cigarette production machines (6) are connected to a central exhaust system. A mass flow controlling unit (4) and a controlled throttle device (5) i.e. throttle valve, are provided for the process air of the conveyor system. A controlling unit holds pressure below a predefined maximum value using a pressure measuring unit.</p> |
