<p>A monitoring method of a path of an animal can be realized via a data transfer network, a monitoring arrangement used in the method, a server and a computer program to be used in the monitoring arrangement, which are included in the monitoring arrangement. With the method and monitoring arrangement, the path of a monitored living target can be visualized on a data processing device for a selected time period. The data processing device can be situated in a different location than the animal being monitored. The recent 3D acceleration measurement data of the living target is compared to the long-term average data. The measurement data used in determining the path are obtained from the wireless monitoring device, which the animal carries with it.</p> |
