摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Nanomaterial (I) comprises a layer of inorganic and/or organic mineral, which is integrated with at least a luminescent nano-crystal, where at least a part of the nano-crystal is in direct contact with the external medium. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are included for: (1) a nanomaterial film comprising (I); (2) bio-chip sensor or sensor comprising (I) or the film; and (3) the preparation of (I) comprising dissoluting a part of the inorganic layer and/or organic mineral to emerge at least part of the nano-crystals of the inorganic and/or organic mineral layer or to increase the surface of the nano-crystals in contact with the external medium. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# (I) is useful in: a nanomaterial film; and bio-chip sensor or sensor (all claimed), where the chip is useful as major tool in the clinical research, preferably for development of diagnostic tests and tips, and search for new therapeutic procedures. (I) is useful as optical materials. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The biochips have resistance, preferably thermal, mechanical, chemical and/or photochemical resistance. The biochips have good optical properties such as fluorescence, good stability, a wide range of transparency and low diffusion. The process of preparing (I) is inexpensive. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The inorganic and/or organic mineral layer is a sol-gel matrix of silicate, titanate, zirconate, stannate, particularly carbon radicals of 1-15 carbon alkyl, 4-15 carbon aryl and/or 4-30 carbon aralkyl. (I) is in the form of film having a thickness of 50-1500 nm, preferably 100-1000 nm. The nanocrystal is organic or organometallic nanocrystal, preferably a crystalline fluorescent compound. The nano crystal presents in its surface, is a probe (color indicators, DNA, polypeptides, proteins, antibodies, sugars, glycoproteins or lipids). The probe is grafted with nano-crystal, preferably via a chemical bond. The nanocrystal has a diameter of 10-500 nm, preferably 100-400 nm. The nano-crystal is present in a size distribution of the maximum of +- 20%, approximately +- 10%. The nano-crystal has 2-50% diameter compared to the inorganic layer and/or organic mineral. The film is arranged on the solid support. The film has a thickness of 80-1200 nm, preferably 100-1000 nm. The agents are aqueous basic solutions, where the bases are inorganic or organic, strong or weak bases, preferably soda, ammonia and/or potash, and all the basic solutions are present at 10 -> 6>-10 -> 1> M concentration. Preferred Process: The dissolution step is: carried out by agents, preferably chemical agents; and allowing to scour the surface of the layer in a homogeneous manner. The step of dissolution is controlled to allow a speed thinning of the layer, by scouring of the surface of the layer, to 5-100 nm/hour, preferably 10-50 nm/hour. The process further comprises: preparing at least a layer of matrix, preferably sol-gel matrix including nano-crystals, by organic nano-crystal crystallization in thin layers of the sol-gel matrix, where the step is carried out by centrifugation with the spinner; and annealing the matrix at temperature close to the melting point of the organic nano-crystals, preferably 50-250 (more preferably 80-150)[deg] C. #CMT#INSTRUMENTATION AND TESTING : #/CMT# Preferred Components: The chip or sensor has a detection capacity of a targeting molecule for hundred fluorescent molecules. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Components: In (I), at least nanocrystal includes at least an organic molecule or a coordination complex, which exhibits fluoresce in solid state and is soluble in an organic solvent, preferably cyanomethoxynitrostilbene, naphthalimide, polyaromatic molecules as rubrene or tetracene, perylenes diimides, diphenylanthracene, derivatives of dipyrromethene boron difluoride, ruthenium complexes, Osmium or Iridium. #CMT#EXAMPLE : #/CMT# No suitable example given.</p>
