PURPOSE: A sealing device of a drying system is provided to prevent a clearance even in the event of wear or vibration or wear by sealing a connection part connected to a rotary drum with a gland packing and maintaining the pressure by the elastic force. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device of a drying system comprises a gas discharge part(2), a fixing bracket(3), a pressing shaft(4), first and second support plates(5,6), and a gland packing(7). The fixing bracket is installed along the exterior surface of a rotary drum(1), close to the end connected to the gas discharge part. The pressing shaft is installed in a pressing shaft insertion hole of the fixing bracket and applies a force by a first spring(41) toward the gas discharge part. The first support plate is pressed toward the gas discharge part. The inner periphery of a connection flange(21) is extended toward the rotary drum and bent in the normal direction. The second support plate is fixed to the connection flange. The gland packing is installed between the first and second support plates and pressed against the rotary drum by a fixing band(71) on the outer periphery thereof.
