PURPOSE: A cultivation set for urban horticulture is provided to continuously supply moisture and nutrients to plant roots in sterilized bed soil. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation set for the urban horticulture comprises the following: a vegetation base body(10) for planting plants; a moisture supplier(20) located on the lower side of the vegetation base body for storing and slowly discharging moisture; a root-proof member(30) installed in between the vegetation base body and the moisture supplier for supplying the moisture to the vegetation base body and preventing the growth of roots into the moisture supplier; and wrapping paper(40) for maintaining the shape of the vegetation base body and the moisture supplier by surrounding the outside, produced with a material through which moisture can pass.
