PURPOSE: A percutaneous artificial cardiac valve and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate the transplantation of a percutaneous valve. CONSTITUTION: A percutaneous artificial cardiac valve comprises a leaflet(110), a conduit unit(120), and a wing unit(130), and a stent(140). The conduit unit is formed in the shape of a cylindrical pipe in which the top and bottom thereof are opened. The leaflet is formed in the shape of a cylinder and is combined with the inner circumference of the conduit unit. The wing unit is formed in the shape of a plate and is sutured in the conduit unit and leaflet. The stent is equipped with a pillar unit supporting the wing unit.
