PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to minimize the size of an area that a support unit occupies and manufacturing processes. CONSTITUTION: A sealing material(310) bonds a first substrate with a second substrate. A liquid crystal layer is located between the first substrate and the second substrate. A column spacer maintains a gap between the first substrate and the second substrate. A support aiding member(30) includes a third penetration hole. The third penetration hole connects the first penetration hole with the second penetration hole.
