PURPOSE: A vehicle including a display device is provided to form a crystalline semiconductor layer having a large particle size including the displaying device, and increase thin film transistor features. CONSTITUTION: A solid laser(101) performs a continuous vibration or a pulse vibration. A lens(102) is formed of a collimator lens or a cylindrical lens condensing a laser beam. A fixed mirror(103) changes an optical path of the laser beam. A galvano mirror(104) scans the laser beam in every direction. A moving mirror(105) scans the laser beam to a surface scanned of a step(106) by receiving the laser beam with the galvano mirror.
