PURPOSE: A vacuum packing machine is provided to guarantee a stable sealing work with reduced sealing defects by preventing an opening part of a vacuum packing bag from being irregularly pulled from a sealing bar in a vacuum suction process. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum packing machine(100) comprises a body(110) and a chamber cover(120). A vacuum chamber(130) is arranged between the body and the chamber cover and has a bed plate(132) for placing a vacuum packing bag(140). The body has supporting plates(112) which have a heater. The heater seals an opening(142) of the vacuum packing bag. The chamber cover comprises a heater sealing part which ascends and descends by an airbag action.
