PURPOSE: A music file classification system, an apparatus thereof, and a method thereof are provided to supply a user interface capable of easily changing the mood of an automatically classified music file according to mood determining information. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) transmits mood change information in a mood analysis server(200). The mood analysis server receives mood changing information. The mood analysis server updates mood determining information based on the received mood changing information. The mood determining information is reference information for determining a mood of a music file. The mood analysis server transmits the updated mood determining information to a portable terminal.
