PURPOSE: An AS(After Service) providing method and system thereof are provided to reduce consumption time for waiting service men by downloading cure programs which solve problems using a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An electronic apparatus(200) transmits current state information according to the request of the portable terminal, collects current state information, and includes communication modules for communicating with a portable terminal(100). When a cure program is received from the portable terminal, the electronic apparatus installs the cure program. The portable terminal transmits the state information to a cloud server(400) of the electronic apparatus and receives the state information of the electronic apparatus from the electronic apparatus. When the cure program is received from the cloud server, the portable terminal transmits the cure program to the electronic apparatus.
