<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous hair cosmetic in which an oily ingredient is stably dissolved and which can improve the touch of hair. <P>SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic is characterized by including a polyalkylene glycol, an ester-type nonionic surfactant which is liquid at normal temperature, and an oily ingredient which is liquid at normal temperature, wherein the content of water is ≤1 mass%.
