<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which since a hologram label is used to certify the authenticity of an object to be stuck after the hologram label is stuck to the object to be stuck, if the label is illegally peeled off and may be used for sticking again to the other object to be stuck which is unauthentic, it becomes impossible to maintain the certification. <P>SOLUTION: A hologram label is obtained which has such an effect that when the label is to be peeled off, only a transparent substrate is easily peeled off, predetermined characters are displayed and the "pattern" stands out in a hologram reproduction image by subjecting one surface of the transparent substrate constituting the hologram label to an activation treatment or an inactivation treatment.
