<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap piece device which can be installed on many kinds of raised skeleton differing in thickness with one kind of cap piece holder, and allows a suitable waterproof member to be selected according to conditions. <P>SOLUTION: A cap piece holder 2 is a short holder which has a pair of a raised piece 6 and a raised piece 7 raised from both sides of a fitting part 5, and fitted to a top part 1a of a raised skeleton 1 at a predetermined interval from the fitting part 5. A cap piece 3 has an overhang decoration part 3b, extending outward, connected to a main part 3a corresponding to the cap piece holder 2, a pair of a trailing piece 8 and a trailing piece 9 fitted to the pair of the raised piece 6 and raised piece 7 are provided below both sides of the main part 3a, and at least one trailing piece is provided with a support part 11 for waterproof means 4.
