<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic exhibiting good dispersion stability and intending to decrease an environmental load and to improve safety to human body. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an oily dispersion composed of: a surface treating pigment using mannose represented by formula (1) and of an ingredient derived from a natural product, and mannosyl erythritol lipid of glycolipid, composed of a sugar alcohol and a fatty acid; an oily solvent having volatility and derived from a natural product; and a dispersant of an ester or ether of a polyhydric alcohol, a higher alcohol and a higher fatty acid, derived from a natural product.
