<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, since a locking groove of a rolled web core is formed of resin for light rotation, when wallpaper with a lighter weight by 40% than conventional ones is pasted, the rolled web core is rotated lightly, and as a result, a wallpaper web roll rotates lightly, thus causing meandering or wrinkles due to poor tension. <P>SOLUTION: The wallpaper pasting machine includes: a core attachment hole for inserting the rolled web core; a locking means for holding the rolled web core inserted into the core attachment hole not to be rotated; and a paper receiving bracket locking part that abuts against a paper receiving bracket for locking.
