FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The device for food products drying includes casing of rectangular cross section, it surface coated with a layer of heat-insulating material, a loading bin, an unloading port, a transporting work tool (designed in the shape of a loop chain with perforated scrapers), heating elements, a blower and an air duct. Installed inside the casing is a box having holes in its upper part, the holes size not in excess of the minimum size of the product transported. The lower part of the chain with scrapers rests on the box upper part. The air duct is installed in the side part of the box (perpendicular to the latter) at an equal distance from the loading bin and the unloading port. Placed inside the air duct are the heating elements and the blower. ^ EFFECT: proposed invention ensures high performance of the food product drying process and allows to improve the end product quality. ^ 2 dwg |
