PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit overlapping of a noise associated with on/off of a selector switch on a bias line.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a bias line VL through which a bias current flows; a selector switch 70 switching an amount of the bias current based on a control signal DD; and cancellation circuits 91-93 cancelling potential variation of the bias line VL occurring at the time of change of the control signal DD via parasitic capacitance between a control line to which the control signal DD is supplied and the bias line VL. According to the present invention, it becomes possible to cancel a noise occurring at the bias line VL associated with on/off of the selector switch 70.
