<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for a wire harness which achieves space saving and reduction in weight while suppressing manufacturing costs, and a fixing method for the wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: A fixing structure 10 of a wire harness is a structure for fixing to an outer peripheral part of a car body 1 by a car body fixture member 200 that can be fixed on the car body 1, a wire harness 100 in which an exterior of one or more conductive paths (conductive path assembly 110) is covered with a tube 120.
