<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule toner improving hot-offset resistance without impairing blocking resistance, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of capsule toners includes steps for: sticking microparticle mixtures comprising binding resin microparticles, and polar wax and nonpolar wax microparticles, to the surfaces of toner base particles including a binding resin, polar or nonpolar wax and colorant; spraying spray liquid to the microparticle mixtures-stuck toner base particles under fluidization and plasticizing them; and turning the microparticle mixtures of the microparticle mixtures-stuck toner base particles into a film by a loaded impulse force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
