<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for facilitating effect processing in accordance with a load to be predicted. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing controller includes: a reproduction information acquisition part for acquiring reproduction information including the content of effect processing to be performed on an image stream constituted of multiple frames; a load prediction part for predicting the largeness of a load to be generated when the effect processing is performed on the image stream on the basis of the reproduction information acquired by the reproduction information acquisition part; and a reproduction information change part for changing the content of the effect processing indicated by the reproduction information thereby to allow the largeness of the load to be smaller than a predetermined threshold when the largeness of the load to be predicted by the load prediction part exceeds the predetermined threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
