<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the state of a pulse wave signal, including non-stationary noise. <P>SOLUTION: The pulsation detector for detecting a pulsation signal originating from the pulsation of a subject includes: a pulse wave sensor 10 for outputting a pulse wave signal possibly including at least any one of a pulsation signal, a stationary noise having periodicity and a non-stationary noise having no periodicity; and a frequency analyzing section 50 for executing the frequency analyzing processing per given time on the basis of the pulse wave signal. The frequency analyzing section 50 has a pulse wave signal evaluating section 80 for evaluating the state of the pulse wave signal. The pulse wave signal evaluating section 80 has an evaluation index-acquiring section 82 for acquiring an evaluation index of the state of a pulse wave signal, and a signal state-evaluating section 83 for evaluating the state of the pulse wave signal by using the evaluation index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
