<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sedimentation type liquid/liquid separator capable of exhibiting a liquid separation effect in the entire cross-section of a channel of a liquid mixture in an apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid/liquid separator separates the liquid mixture in which liquids with different specific gravity are mixed with each other while forming an interface therebetween, into respective liquids and comprises a body portion 10, a sedimentation member 23 for settling the liquid of higher specific gravity in the liquid mixture, and flow straightening members 21, 22 disposed between the sedimentation member 23 and an inflow passage. The body portion 10 includes a hollow cylindrical body portion 11 having a liquid passage 10h disposed therein, the inflow passage 14 for supplying the liquid mixture to the liquid passage 10h of the body portion 11 and discharge passages 11a, 11b for discharging the separated liquid from the body portion. Further a reflection member having a reflection surface intersecting the axial direction of the liquid passage 10h of the body portion 11 is provided to the body portion 10 and the inflow passage 14 is disposed between the reflection member and the flow straightening members 21, 22 and a supply port 14a is formed so as to supply the liquid mixture to the reflection member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
