<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of canceling a dark current of an imaging element without a shading member. <P>SOLUTION: The device has: an imaging element 2a, in which pixels are two-dimensionally aligned; an exposure control part 8 for changing at least one of parameters giving influences on a dark current component or an optical signals of the imaging element 2a, and controlling exposure of a photoelectric conversion part of the imaging element 2a; and a reading control part 2b for reading a first signal charge of the photoelectric conversion part whose exposure is controlled by a first exposure control, and a second signal charge of the photoelectric conversion part whose exposure is controlled by a second exposure control. The dark current component is corrected from the first signal charge based on ratio of the first signal charge, the second signal charge, and the dark current component or the optical signal component due to a parameter change. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
