<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material capable of forming a favorable flooring structure using a plaster board as a base material and suppressing variation in coloring of sliced veneers applied with a pigmented coating. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a floor material including a plaster board 2, a wooden material 3, and a wooden board 4 provided with front and rear flat surfaces 2a to 4a and 2b to 4b, and side ends 2c to 4c in the thickness direction, respectively, comprises the steps of: making a laminate 6 in which the side ends 2c and 3c of the plaster board 2 and the wooden material 3 lie adjacent to each other, and the flat surfaces 2b and 3b of the plaster board 2 and the wooden material 3 face the flat surface 4b of the wooden board 4 through an uncured adhesive layer 5; pressing the laminate 6 from above and below for smoothing the exposed flat surfaces 2a and 3a of the plaster board 2 and the wooden material 3 through absorption of the thickness difference between the plaster board 2 and the wooden material 3 by the thickness difference of the adhesive layer 5, so as to reduce the step difference; and curing the adhesive layer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
