<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form wiring of an integrated circuit with an electron-conductive high molecule by making use of a π electron to provide a memory device which is larger in capacity than a usual one while it is equivalent in size to a usual integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: Like benzene, atoms which constitute a molecule are all connected to each other through conjugated double bonds, and many six-membered rings are connected to each other while maintaining the conjugated double bonds to synthesize a high polymer molecule which is conductive due to the π electron. Then, the conductivity is gained by making use of the π electron of the high polymer molecule, and wiring having a wiring width of molecular level is formed to increase integration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
