The method of transfer of water hyacinth (Eichhornia Crassipes) plant from vegetative phase to the reproductive phase involves changing the mode of lighting of plants, characterised in that for hyacinth plants grown with the change of dark and light phases and lighting from 7 to 120 thousand lux during the light phase, the light level is set in the sequence of high (4-120 th.lux) - low (7-3000 lux) - high (4-120 th.lux), and light levels are changed one fold or every day, and for plants grown under continuous light of intensity of 7-15 th.lux the light level is decreased one fold or every day to 600-2000 lux for 3-5 hours or up to 7-20 lux for 10-20 hours. ^ EFFECT: invention improves the synchronisation and generality of flowering plants of water hyacinth in the period known in advance. ^ 4 dwg, 6 ex |
