<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas combustion type driving tool structured such that a connecting part for connecting a fuel container can be easily cleaned or replaced and a foreign substance is hard to stick to the connecting part. <P>SOLUTION: The gas combustion type driving tool 10 which has a fuel container 25 detachably formed in a fuel container storing part 26 and drives a fastening member by pressure of burning fuel supplied from the fuel container 25, includes: a housing lid 27 for covering the opening of the fuel container storing part 26; a connecting part 29a which is disposed in the fuel container storing part 26 and to which the nozzle 25a of the fuel container 25 is connected; and a cover body 28 for covering the connecting part 29a. The fuel container 25 stored in the fuel container storing part 26 is made detachable by opening the housing lid 27.
