PURPOSE: A railway vehicle door opening device is provided to enable a user to easily open a door of a railway vehicle in emergency. CONSTITUTION: A railway vehicle door opening device comprises an opening member(105) and an emergency switch. The opening member converts an emergency valve(104), located in an emergency valve box installed at a railway vehicle, into the open position. The emergency switch is installed near the door of the railway vehicle and drives the opening member. The opening member comprises an actuator(107), an operation lever(109), and a motion pin. The actuator is applied the emergency power source of the railway vehicle and generates the power. The operation lever is connected to a driving shaft(108) of the actuator. The motion pin is formed in the end of the operation lever and opens the emergency valve by the actuator. |
