A device for calibration, metrological certification and verification of nozzles of critical flow has a system for gas supply at inlet, a bell batch meter, test section, device for air rarefaction and a device for information collection and processing. Besides that, the test section is arranged with a block for nozzle mounting with possibility of installation to the mounting block in parallel of at least two nozzles with one rating (multi-nozzles) and calibration of those and metrological testing as a single nozzle, the device additionally is equipped with an electric valve that is electrically controlled by a flow controller, and a vacuum vessel that are installed between the outlets of the nozzles and the device for formation of air rarefaction and are connected to each other in sequence, with a system for control of tightness in set of connected in sequence compressor and electric valve, those at one side are connected with a pipeline to the block for mounting critical flow nozzles, and at the other side – to atmosphere and control block connected to the device for information collection and processing. |
