<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio terminal device capable of quickly switching a communication system to be used, and to provide a control method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 for acquiring a base station signal strength in a CDMA communication system and for performing communication processing regarding satellite search and position calculation in an LTE communication system in GPS positioning processing accompanied by data communication with a base station comprises: a storage part 70 for storing acquired frequency channel information when acquiring the base station signal strength; and a communication processing part 31 for performing a handoff to the CDMA communication system based on a frequency channel stored in the storage part 70 when the communication processing of the LTE communication system is switched to the communication processing of the CDMA communication system in the case that the frequency channel information is stored by the storage part 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
