ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENT ELEMENT, DISPLAY DEVICE, AND LIGHTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which exhibits high luminous efficiency, has a long emission life and a low driving voltage, and is reduced in emission unevenness over time during continuous light emission, and to provide a display device and a lighting device provided with the organic electroluminescent element.

SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescent element comprises a hole transport layer and light-emitting layers between an anode and a cathode. At least one of the light-emitting layers contains a specific compound and a phosphorescent luminescent dopant, and the hole transport layer contains a compound represented by the following general formula (3-1).
