<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device with a touch panel capable of reducing power consumption according to a state of a displayed image or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A source driver 20 turns a source wiring 14 to a high impedance state over a predetermined period when contact to a touch panel 50 is not detected, and an image by an input image signal is a still image, and a gate driver 30 stops drive of a gate wiring 13 over the predetermined period.
