FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises a container for soil, a water tank and a pump. The container for soil with a mesh on top and a mesh bottom are tightly mounted on the inner tank with a pipe. The inner tank is surrounded by an external tank. Through the pipe and the pump the inner tank is connected to the water tank. Above the container for soil the water sprinkler with holes at the bottom part is mounted. ^ EFFECT: this design enables to determine the permeability of soil when water moves on the soil surface without formation of a constant volume of water. ^ 1 dwg
