FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION, FLAME-RETARDANT INSULATION SHEET, FILM, AND ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition capable of achieving both of shielding properties and flame retardancy without containing any phosphorous or halogen compound which gives a load to the environment by adding a flame retardant composed of a nitrogen-containing compound with a predetermined average particle diameter and a color material to a polycarbonate resin.

SOLUTION: The resin composition includes the polycarbonate resin, the flame retardant with an average particle diameter of 0.01-10 μm, and the color material. The flame retardant is formed of the nitrogen-containing compound.
