<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stitching apparatus capable of providing a green tire with roughness to allow sufficient air vent and to provide a production process of green tire having enough roughness for air vent on its surface. <P>SOLUTION: The stitching apparatus includes at least one pressing roller and at least one roughing roller with a rough surface. Relative positions between the pressing roller and the roughing roller are constant when rotating the rollers, and further, the circumferential velocity of roughing roller is faster than the circumferential velocity of pressing roller when rotating the rollers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
