<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute parking facilities which are low in installation cost, and prevent a car from being stolen, from being freely parked, or from freely exiting, and so on. <P>SOLUTION: The parking facilities are provided with a plurality of rotary lockable rollers each having both ends pivoted rotatably on a frame constituting the parking facilities and provided orthogonally to directions in which vehicles move forward and backward while having a projection part in a diameter nearby a shaft end, and a roller rotary lock member having a rotation stop part which moves in the frame by an actuator in the direction in which vehicles move forward and backward to come into contact with a projection part provided to a rotation lockable roller and to stop the rotation lockable roller from rotating. The rotation lockable rollers are made free to rotate at least during vehicle parking by movement of the roller rotation lock member by the actuator in the directions of vehicles move forward and backward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
