PURPOSE: A pipe cutting machine is provided to cut a pipe to make accurate coupling with other pipe by using a rotating device having two degrees of freedom in the longitudinal and circumferential directions of the pipe and a torch having a degree of freedom in the angle. CONSTITUTION: A pipe cutting machine comprises a fixing unit(42) attached to an end of an arm module and a rotating device connected to the fixing unit. A torch for cutting a pipe is attached to the rotating device. The rotating device includes a rotating unit for changing the position of the torch. The fixing unit has a cylindrical groove(43), a first cut groove(44) formed on the side of the cylindrical groove, and a second cut groove(45) spaced at the angle of 90 degrees from the first cut groove in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical groove.
