<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slider where durability can be improved more effectively than before, and an electronic component which uses the slider. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the slider having a contact part which can slide on a slide surface, the slider being made of an elastically deformable material including a plurality of slide pieces 2 which extend from a tip to a base end side and have contact parts arrayed at intervals in a width direction orthogonal to a length direction from the tip to the base end side, fixation parts 3 which are positioned on the base end side of the respective slide pieces 2, and intermediate parts 4 which connect the respective slide pieces 2 and the fixation parts 3 to each other. The intermediate parts 4 respectively have a first intermediate region 4a which is connected to a root part 2b of each slide piece 2 and formed to a dimension T1 in the width direction, and a second intermediate region 4b which is positioned between the first intermediate region 4a and fixation part 3, and formed to a dimension T2 smaller than the T1 in the width direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
