<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary enclosure which achieves a decorative effect having a natural sense with due consideration to environment. <P>SOLUTION: Small pieces of stone 3 and 4 having water holding property are directly attached to the surface of a panel substrate 1 for temporary enclosure, or an ecosystem growth decorative plate 2 which includes the stones 3 and 4 having water holding property fixed to a board substrate 5 is attached to the panel substrate 1. Plants are planted on the surface of the ecosystem growth decorative plate 2 which is provided with water supply means 11.
