A method for differential diagnosis of chest pain in women with different hormonal status comprises the analysis of pain feeling in the chest, complex clinical-instrumental and laboratory research methods, evaluation of research results and prescription of trial therapy with proton pump inhibitors at negative results of complex examination . In analyzing the pain feeling in the chest in women with different hormonal status and presence of atypical manifestations of coronagenous pain as a result of additional ECG-cardiography from the known scale (Cardiac Infarction Injury Score) the total index of myocardial damage (∑Ipm) is calculated which comprises 12 indicators.
