PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly nano coating agent is provided to provide an environment-friendly nano coating agent capable of improving durability and functionality of an object by coating SiO2 a surface of the object with SiO2 particles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environment-friendly nano coating agent comprises: a step of mixing SiO2 and H2O to mixing ratio of 1:7-1:20; a step of setting H2O2 to 0.001 ppm or less, and SiO2 to 100 nm or less, and heating the mixture at 85-95 °C for 15-25 hours; and a step of manufacturing a nano coating agent by maintaining the mixture in a sealed state for 48 hours. The environment-friendly nano-coating agent consists of ionic bonds and covalent bonds of Si and O, and has a melting point of 66°C, a boiling point of 97°C, a density of 1.0 g/cm^3(20 °C) and PH(500 g/l) of 3-5 PH (20 °C). |
