摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment, namely to methods and systems for non-destroying or minimally destroying light treatment of animal or human eye crystalline lens. System contains laser system for irradiation of at least one influencing laser beam in wavelength range 700-1000 nm or 1000-1500 nm; means for beam focusing on selected section of crystalline lens; means for providing pulse mode of laser beam; means for measuring one or several types of irradiation from selected section; means for processing results of measurements of one or several types of irradiation; as well as regulation means for regulation of at least one of laser beam parameters. Beam parameters are its focusing, intensity, wavelength, pulse breadth, frequency of repetition and duration of sequence of laser beam pulses. Regulation is performed on the basis of outlet signal of processing of measurement results. Said system can be used as a version for treatment of cataract, initial stage of cataract or presbyopia. Method of non-destroying or minimally destroying light treatment of animal or human eye crystalline lens consists in the following: influencing laser beam with wavelength range 700-1000 nm or 1000-1500 nm is focused on selected section of crystalline lens in the point where treatment carrying out is planned. After that, pulse mode of said laser beam is provided. Then, one or several types of irradiation from said selected section is measured and measurement results are used to take decision about stopping exposure to said laser beam or about regulation of at least one of the following parameters: focusing, intensity, wavelength, pulse breadth, frequency of repetition and duration of sequence of said influencing laser beam pulses. As a version said method is used for treatment of cataract, initial stage of cataract or presbyopia. ^ EFFECT: claimed group of inventions will make it possible to increase passing capability of crystalline lens and/or increase its accommodation amplitude or ability to deformation during physiological process of accommodation, that is, will make it possible to ensure dynamic regulation of eye focal distance. ^ 49 cl, 6 dwg
