PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform vibration power generation utilizing travel vibrations of a traveling body such as a trailer and an electric train and to electrically drive various kinds of attachment devices arranged on the traveling body.

SOLUTION: A vibration power generation driving device 1 for the traveling body comprises: a power generation device comprising an electrostatic power generation device S arranged on a traveling body 2, an electromagnetic induction power generation device D, and a piezoelectric power generation device A; a vibration power control device 10 which receives and controls generated power comprising electrostatic type generated power VS generated by vibrations of the traveling body 2 during a travel, electromagnetic induction type generated power VD, and piezoelectric type generated power VA; a battery 6 charged with control electric power VC output from the vibration power control device 10; and attachment devices PS1-PSn which are driven with battery power VB charged in the battery 6 and arranged on the traveling body 2.
