<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly adjust the ratio of ground grain to brewed juice in a pre-brewing apparatus for producing best brewed juice particularly from ground malt and grain. <P>SOLUTION: The pre-brewing apparatus formed with a lead-in waterway 5 for the flow S of ground grain includes a mixing apparatus 8 for water and the flow S of the ground grain.
