METHOD FOR GRAIN DRYING PROCESS AUTOMATIC CONTROL IN A SHAFT GRAIN DRYER

摘要

A method for grain drying process automatic control in a shaft grain dryer includes measuring and grain temperature control with changing temperature of a drying agent. Measuring and grain temperature control is performed in the third drying zone. In addition the final grain humidity is regulated due to of change of speed of grain passing through the dryer. Drying agent temperature change of is performed due to changing amount of fuel feed. In addition uncontrolled perturbations are compensated due to introduction of automatic control cascade system.
